During the first term as Chairman of ACE Central Java – Yogyakarta, when the association was established, it had 47 member properties across Central Java and Yogyakarta and consisted of only 3 regional coordinators: Solo, Yogyakarta, and Semarang.The seminar and gathering events were supported by a maximum of 7 to 10 vendors, and charity activities were conducted at several orphanages.Additionally, a badminton tournament was organized among ACE member properties in Central Java and Yogyakarta.

The seminar and gathering activities began to grow, with support from 20 to 30 vendors. Membership increased to around 120 to 150 properties, and additional regional coordinators were established, including Purwokerto, Pekalongan, Salatiga, and Magelang.Training programs were introduced for both Chief Engineers and supervisors through one-day training sessions.Technical engineering competitions and several charity programs were conducted throughout the Central Java and Yogyakarta regions.

An increasing number of vendors began supporting the seminars and gatherings. New programs were introduced, including professional engineering certification and the creation of the organization’s bylaws (AD/ART). All training programs, seminars, and charity activities continued, with membership steadily growing. Social service events were held in several regional coordinator areas during the month of Ramadan.

Charity programs, training, seminars, and gatherings continued, but the number of activities was limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Training sessions and webinars were conducted online during the pandemic. ACE organized a touring event and formed an ACE cycling group. Membership grew to approximately 250 to 300 properties. Social service activities were held in several regional coordinator areas during the month of Ramadan.

Developing all training, charity, and gathering activities into regular events for ACE Central Java – Yogyakarta members, dedicated to building reliable and skilled human resources (HR) in line with technological advancements in the engineering field. Encouraging members to care for nature and the environment to create sustainability for future generations.
